Delhi has a lively arts scene with festivals all year round complementing permenant cultural hubslike the Indian Habitat Centre and the India Intenational Centre.
Indian Habitat Centre
Every night of the week there’s something going on at the Indian Habitat Centre. Music, song, dance, displays and discussion, it’s all there. At festival time the centre often puts on a special show to get people in the mood. There’s also a film club which the membership team can help you join.
India International Centre
The India International Centre is located around the corner from the Indian Habitat Centre (see this map). It claims to be the country’s premier cultural institutions.
It’s a non-governmental organisation that counts statesmen, diplomats, policymakers, intellectuals, scientists, jurists, writers, artists and members of civil society amongst its members. People get together to exchange of ideas and share thoughts. Find out more about the India International Centre by clicking here.
