Dilliwalahs that love film are going to love what’s happening in the city next month.

From the 3rd to the 9th December there’s an International film festival of epic proportions taking place in the Central Park and NDMC Convention Centre, Connaught Place.

Organisers of Delhi International film festival (DIFF), The Social Circle, in association with New Delhi Municipal Council, have pulled together a schedule that will leave film buffs wondering how many flicks they can possibly fit in.

Feature films, short films, animation, documentaries and student films are amongst a whole host of categories that will be shown at the festival.

Last year lovers of the silver screen had the chance to take in over 200 films from nearly 70 countries.  This year DIFFs organisers are promising Dilliwalahs something even bigger and better.

Alongside the best of Indian cinema there will be films from countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Mexico, Italy, Russia, Pakistan, Sweden, Bangladesh, Israel.

For more information on the festival, what’s on and what to expect, have a look at the DIFF website and the Facebook page.  Expect more information to be added to  the Website and Facebook as the event draws closer.
